If you miss a session, please provide me with 7 days or more notice, otherwise the fee is payable.
In exceptional circumstances, such as a medical emergency, if you give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice I will charge 50% of session which will cover my basic costs. If I have to cancel a session or take leave, I will try to provide you with a minimum of one week’s notice, I will offer you an alternative slot either in person, or via telephone or Skype where I can.
If either of us feels it is time to bring our sessions together to an end, we will discuss the matter and agree an ending plan. In long-term work, anything longer then 6 months I require a minimum of one month’s notice to end our work together, otherwise I will charge 50% of your monthly fee.
Working ethically is the cornerstone to the one to one and couple psychotherapy, group therapy and supervision I offer.
